Take in the views of the Trestles, Tunnels and the City of Kelowna and Okanagan Lake as you navigate your way along this magical trail. Follow the km markers on this out and back course to find the finish line and get your high 5's! This run is a fundraiser for the Friends of the South Slopes! Gravel Trail Running Race
Enjoy a fast gravel trail running race on the beautiful K.V.R. trail network in Myra Provincial Park. Sign up early to secure your spot! This running race will be capped at 200 people to accommodate the other user groups on the trails.
Distances
5km, 10km and 21km courses available. This run offers a 5km, 10km and 21km. Pick the distance that suits you and come out for an awesome day on the gravel trail. There are great draw prizes to win, so make sure to stick around to see what’s new from our sponsors!!

Trails:
This gravel trail run is located at the Myra Canyon Provincial Park Trestles Parking Lot at the top of Myra Forest Service Road and includes 5km, 10km and 21km courses. The trail is a wide double-track gravel pathway with Tunnels and Trestles to run through and over. This trail is at the top of Myra Provincial Park and offers spectacular views along the trail. The trails are well marked with km signage and turnaround arrows, and at the finish, there’s great race food waiting for you.
Dirty Feet Merchandise
Shirts, hoodies and hats will be available to purchase at the event. Cash, Debit card and credit card are accepted.
Optional Participant Medals
We understand how important it is to commemorate hard work, so we want to give every member of our community the chance to honour their accomplishments with a Dirty Feet Medal, complete with a lovely blue ribbon. These medals can be purchased in advance through Race Roster for $10, or for $15 on the day of the race.
Race Package Pick-up
Package pick-up will be at Play Store Kelowna located at 101-1950 Harvey Ave on Saturday, September 19th, from 11-2pm. For out of towners who cannot make these times, you can pick them up on race day from 9am - 10:45am at the start/finish. Thanks for picking up your race packages early. The Play Store is located on the main road and offers lots of parking!

Entry Fees *
This run is a fundraiser for the Friends of the South Slope (FOSS). A portion of your entry fee will be donated to FOSS to support the Myra Canyon trestles and other parks that FOSS manages.
21 km race early entry fee is $85 - price increases on Sept 13th.
10 km race entry is $65 -price increases on Sept 13th.
5 km race early entry fee is $55 - price increases on Sept 13th.
*Entry Fees will increase by $5 on Sept 13th.
*Entry fees do not include online processing fees or taxes.

Prizing
Top 3 in each category for each gender will be awarded prizes! There will be a full table of draw prizes for any participants to win. You must be present at the race to pick up your prizes. They will not be mailed out.
Aid Stations
The 5 km race will have a finish line refuelling station
The 10 km race will have 1 refuelling station at 5km
The 21 km race will have 3 refuelling stations at 5km, 10km and 15km. Refuelling stations will be stocked with water and electrolytes.
Getting There:

Weather:
Historically, it’s nice in Kelowna in September, but always remember to bring clothes for all weather conditions. Sometimes it can be hot, and other times there can be some light rain.
